Q: Will you help me create a design?
Yes! Our talented designers will create a design based on your ideas. The more specific you are with your creative vision and the more information you provide us to work with, the better the outcome.
Q: How long will it take to receive my Custom multifunctional order?
The custom process can take up to 7-10 working days to complete from design proposal to delivery. It can take more or less time depending on how quickly the approval process takes and the quantity ordered.
Q: will you create a logo for me?
No. Our custom design team will assist with adapting your designs and applying your logos to our templates, but can't create a logo for you.
Q: is there a noticeable difference between the digital and screen print process?
No. Tests have shown that there are no noticeable differences between our digital and screen print projects.
Q: Are there any restrictions to what artwork I can put on a multifunctional headwear?
